Short Wide Vase | Yomu Short
Description
Yomu Short is a low, rounded short wide vase with a broad body and a short cylindrical neck. A small number of pronounced ribs curve over the shoulders and around the fuller lower section. The wide spaces between them leave generous smooth areas, making the form feel soft and uncluttered.
Its compact proportions are the main feature: the body spreads outward more than it rises, creating a grounded shape beneath an arrangement. The ribs describe this roundness without covering it in fine texture. A slightly elevated view reveals how the lines gather around the narrow neck. The straight-sided profile gives this cylindrical vase a clear outline, making a cylinder flower vase a useful contrast to loosely spreading dry stems. The curved body makes this round vase a soft counterpoint to straight shelving, and the round flower vase profile remains visible beneath a light dry arrangement.
Use Yomu Short with a loose dried arrangement or artificial stems that spread naturally above the opening. It can sit below taller objects in a display, where its rounded width adds balance and the short neck keeps the connection to the stems visually simple. For flower vases for centerpieces, keep the dry stems in proportion to the container; table vase centerpieces feel more balanced when the vessel remains visible. For a display of unusual vases, keep the neighbouring shapes quieter; unique flower vases are easier to appreciate when their profiles do not overlap.
For the Outdoor finish, choose a grey vase to coordinate with similar accents, or a red vase to change the contrast around the same sculpted form. Use Yomu Short as a flower vase for a dry arrangement, or leave this table vase unfilled so the complete shape remains visible.
