At Viviero3D, we carefully inspect every item before shipment. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns or refunds are accepted only if an item arrives:

damaged during transit

defective

significantly different from the product description
We do not accept returns based on:

personal preference or change of mind

color appearance or minor color variations
-
incorrect size selection when measurements are clearly stated
Conditions for Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery through our official Return Portal

Items must be unused and in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective

Items must be packaged in original or comparable protective packaging

Any signs of use, soil, water exposure, or damage after delivery may result in partial refunds or denial
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested instead of refunds for the same item in a different size or color, subject to approval.
Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

refunds are issued to the original payment method

processing time is 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defects.
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in altered or used condition.

Do not ship items without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

custom or personalized orders (unless damaged or defective)
-
used items or items exposed to soil, water, or wear
-
items damaged after delivery
-
incomplete returns or items damaged due to improper packaging
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase.
After this period, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.
Customs & Taxes
Import taxes, VAT/GST, and customs duties are non-refundable.
Returns will not be accepted due to refusal to pay customs fees or taxes.
