Normal Characteristics of 3D Printing

Viviero3D products are manufactured using additive manufacturing.

Fine layer lines, directional texture, seam placement, and minor surface variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process.

These characteristics are not considered defects when they do not materially affect the product's intended function or safe use.

Cleaning & Care

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product:

Use a soft cloth, mild soap, and lukewarm water when cleaning.

Avoid abrasive cleaning tools, harsh chemicals, dishwashers, boiling water, and excessive heat.

Allow products to dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Damaged Products

Do not continue using a product if damage, cracking, deformation, loose components, or another condition makes its continued use unsafe.
