Each material has its own palette. Follow the drainage, mounting, and care guidance for the design you choose.

Most planters are available with or without a drainage hole. When a product offers a “With Drainage” option, the product page will specify whether a matching drip tray is included with that design.

Yes. Each product page shows the available size, color, drainage, and personalization options for that item. For a request not listed on the product page, please contact us before ordering so we can review feasibility, production time, and pricing.

No. Plants, soil, flowers, and decorative accessories shown in product photos are for display purposes only and are not included, unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

Clean the surface gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive tools, harsh chemicals, dishwashers, and prolonged exposure to high heat.

Our planters are lightweight but designed with reinforced walls and structures for normal indoor use. As with any decorative item, avoid dropping, crushing, or exposing the piece to excessive heat.

Yes. Choose the color for each item before adding it to the cart. For coordinated sets or larger color programs, our Trade & Bulk Orders page is the best place to start.

We use plant-based PLA for most indoor products, produce pieces to order, and use additive manufacturing to limit unnecessary material waste. We also aim to minimize plastic in our packaging whenever practical.

Most Viviero3D products are made to order. Our standard processing time is generally 2–5 business days before shipment, unless the product page or order information states otherwise.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Available shipping methods, current rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.

Processing and carrier transit times may vary slightly during peak shopping seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand. If we expect a significant production delay, we will contact you by email.

Viviero3D is based in Orlando, Florida, United States. Orders are produced and fulfilled from our U.S. studio.

Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once the package has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed. If it is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

If international shipping is offered in the future, any customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or customs-related charges would be the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

You may submit a return or order issue request through our Returns & Order Support form within 14 calendar days after carrier-confirmed delivery. This is a request-for-review window and does not mean that every reason for return is automatically eligible.

Shipping damage, visible defects, wrong items, missing parts, and other product-condition issues must be reported within 48 hours after delivery whenever applicable and should include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Because most Viviero3D products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns solely because of change of mind, personal preference, color preference, decor preference, or incorrect size selection when measurements were provided.

If an approved return is caused by damage, defect, an incorrect item, or another error attributable to Viviero3D, Viviero3D pays return shipping. If we choose to approve a non-defect return as a courtesy exception, the customer pays return shipping.
