1. What materials are used for your planters?

All our planters are produced using high-quality PLA, a plant-based material selected for its durability, lightweight structure, and suitability for indoor use. PLA is non-toxic and safe for everyday home environments.


2. Do your planters have drainage holes?

Most planters are available with or without a drainage hole.
When the “With Drainage” option is selected, a matching drip tray is included.


3. Can I customize the color or size of a planter?

Yes. Each product page includes available size and color options.
If you have a special request, please contact us before placing your order — custom inquiries are reviewed individually.


4. Are plants included with the purchase?

No. Plants and decorative elements shown in photos are for display purposes only and are not included with the purchase.


5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns or replacements are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:

  • personal preference or change of mind

  • color appearance or minor color variations

  • incorrect size selection when measurements are clearly stated

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.
Returns must be requested through our official Return Portal within 14 days of delivery.

6. How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Each item is made to order. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.
Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout (Economy, Standard, or Express).

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 4–6 business days (Economy), 3–4 business days (Standard), or 1–2 business days (Express)

  • Canada: 8–10 business days

  • Europe: 15–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or customs processing.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and selected European countries.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.


8. Where are you located?

We are based in Orlando, Florida, United States, and all orders are fulfilled from our U.S. location.


9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address — please contact us immediately.

Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

11. How do I clean my planter?

Clean gently with warm water and mild soap.
Avoid abrasive tools or harsh chemicals to preserve the surface quality.


12. Are your planters fragile?

No. While lightweight, our planters are designed with reinforced structure to ensure durability during everyday use.


13. Can I order multiple items in different colors?

Yes. Color selections are made individually for each item before adding it to the cart.


14. What makes your products eco-conscious?

We use plant-based materials, minimize manufacturing waste, and package orders using as little plastic as possible.


15. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes. We work with retailers, designers, and commercial clients.

16. Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?

For international orders (including Canada and Europe), customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT/GST, or import taxes required by their country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by local authorities.
Viviero3D does not collect these fees and is not responsible for customs-related delays.
