4. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After this time, we will begin the production of your item, and the order cannot be canceled. Please make sure to review your order before confirming, as cancellations are not possible once production has begun.
5. Custom Orders
Since all of our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the product is damaged or defective. Please refer to our "Return and Refund Policy" for more details.
