2. Description of Services
Viviero3D provides the production and sale of decorative home items, including planters, vases, pots, and other decor elements.
Items are produced individually in our U.S.-based studio. Product availability, variations, and options are described on each product page.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to pay all applicable charges.
We accept payments through secure online payment systems, including PayPal and other available methods.
Orders are processed once payment is successfully confirmed.
Customers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations and for payment of any applicable customs duties, VAT/GST, or import taxes required by their country.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase.
After this period, order processing begins and cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your request before the cancellation window expires.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, color appearance, minor color variations, or change of mind.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

6. Intellectual Property
All original product designs, branding materials, images, written content, and digital assets created by Viviero3D are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
Some items may incorporate licensed 3D models or design elements sourced from third-party creators or platforms that explicitly allow commercial use. Viviero3D respects and complies with all applicable licenses and does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or commercially reproduce any original or licensed designs offered in our shop, including digital files, 3D models, or physical products.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable U.S. copyright laws, including the DMCA.
7. Production & Shipping
Each item is made to order. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.
Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout (Economy, Standard, or Express).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or customs processing.
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit delays, customs processing, or delivery issues are the responsibility of the carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability
