Textured Vase — Geometric | Quelo
Description
Quelo is a textured vase formed around a repeated zigzag silhouette. A sequence of angular lobes expands and contracts as it rises, while fine diagonal ribs wrap each section. The changing widths give the vase a stacked appearance without relying on a conventional bottle shape.
Its outline is the strongest feature: viewed from the side, the repeated points create a clear rhythm from bottom to top. The finer ribbing adds a second pattern within those larger shapes. Placing Quelo against a plain wall makes both scales of detail easier to appreciate. The relief makes this textured vase read as an abstract vase as well as a container, particularly when light falls across the surface from one side.
Use an airy dried arrangement to continue the movement above the opening, or let the empty form act as a vertical sculpture. On a console, pair it with a low, simple object so the alternating contours remain clearly visible. As a designer vase for living room styling, Quelo can sit beside books or framed art, with its detailed side turned toward the room. Among decorative vases, Quelo offers a distinct silhouette that can anchor a shelf of home decor vases without a large floral arrangement.
