Round Vase — Openwork | Nallo
Description
Nallo is a round vase with a tall rectangular outline interrupted by a large circular opening. The central cutout creates visible empty space through the body, while vertical ribs curve outward around it and return toward the straight upper and lower sections. The result balances sharp outer edges with a softer middle.
The circular opening is more than a surface motif: it changes how the vase and stems are seen together. In the photographed arrangement, stems are visible through the center, making them part of the design. A front or three-quarter view keeps this opening clear. The repeated angles make Nallo a geometric vase with a clear structure, giving this geometric flower vase a strong contrast with soft dried foliage. The curved body makes this round vase a soft counterpoint to straight shelving, and the round flower vase profile remains visible beneath a light dry arrangement.
Use Nallo for a dry arrangement with a few carefully placed stems that do not crowd the cutout. Set it against a simple background so the rounded void and flowing rib pattern remain the main features of the display. As a designer vase for living room styling, Nallo can sit beside books or framed art, with its detailed side turned toward the room. Treat Nallo as a sculptural vase in its own right, giving it the same breathing room you would reserve for other unique vases.
