Cylindrical Vase — Geometric | Kani
Description
Kani is a cylindrical vase with a dense field of angular, diamond-like facets. The repeating raised geometry wraps around the straight body, breaking the surface into small planes that catch light at different angles.
Its silhouette remains simple and upright, allowing the textured pattern to supply the visual complexity. The facets form a regular sequence from the bottom to the top, with sharp changes between ridges and recesses. From nearby, the individual geometric elements are prominent; from farther away, they read as a continuous patterned surface. The curved body makes this round vase a soft counterpoint to straight shelving, and the round flower vase profile remains visible beneath a light dry arrangement.
Pair Kani with dried grasses or artificial stems that rise cleanly above the rim. A loose arrangement keeps the vase's structured surface from becoming visually crowded.
