Geometric Vase | Jun

Jun is a tiered geometric vase built around four stacked, faceted sections. Each section widens into angular shoulders before narrowing into the next, producing a repeated zigzag silhouette. Pleated surfaces add fine vertical detail within the broader changes in width.

The design has the presence of a small architectural column, with clear divisions that remain recognizable even without an arrangement. Viewed from a slight angle, the facets catch light differently and reveal the depth of the repeated forms. Keeping the narrow transitions visible helps the stacked structure read clearly from top to bottom. The relief makes this textured vase read as an abstract vase as well as a container, particularly when light falls across the surface from one side.

Pair Jun with an artificial arrangement that spreads above the upper tier, or a few dried branches for a more open composition. It works best where the entire height is visible, allowing the lower sections to remain as important as the flowers above. For flower vases for centerpieces, keep the dry stems in proportion to the container; table vase centerpieces feel more balanced when the vessel remains visible. For a display of unusual vases, keep the neighbouring shapes quieter; unique flower vases are easier to appreciate when their profiles do not overlap.

For the Outdoor finish, choose a pink vase to coordinate with similar accents, or a purple vase to change the contrast around the same sculpted form. This modern vase works well with restrained flower vase decor, where a few dry stems leave the sculpted surface in view.
