Fluted Vase — Spiral | Sorel
Description
Sorel, a fluted vase, combines a full rounded lower body with a long, narrow neck and closely spaced flutes. The ribs sweep in a gentle spiral across the wider section, then become more upright as they gather toward the opening.
Its fine lines create a continuous rhythm without dividing the surface into separate decorative areas. The transition from rounded body to slender neck gives the pattern a natural change in spacing and direction. From the front, the vase has a clear bottle-like outline; from an angle, the subtle spiral becomes more noticeable. The channels make Sorel a fluted vase with a strong vertical rhythm, and a simple dry arrangement lets the fluted flower vase remain visible beneath it.
