Indoor Planter — Ribbed | Ryne
Description
Ryne, an indoor planter, has a rounded, segmented body with broad vertical panels. Along the lines between them, rows of small diagonal details create a stitched or braided-looking effect, adding a finer texture to the larger curves.
The smooth panels swell outward through the middle of the pot. Their curved edges guide the eye from the upper opening toward the bottom, while the smaller marks give each division extra definition. Ryne's appeal comes from the combination of generous rounded surfaces and narrow, intricate borders.
A plant with a visible central stem allows those borders to remain in view. Pair Ryne with plain accessories to let the contrast between the two textures carry the decoration. It is especially suited to a close viewing position, where the small repeated details can be appreciated around the body. Arrange this table planter beside books or a lamp, allowing a little space between neighbouring pots and planters. For a collection of unique planters, keep the planting simple enough for the shape to show; unusual plant pots work best when their defining details remain visible.
Choose a plant with a root ball suited to the selected size, as you would with other flower pots and planters for indoor plants. Select the hole-and-tray option for a plant pot with saucer, matching the plant pot and saucer combination to the surface where it will be displayed. For succulent pots, choose drainage and a size suited to the roots; the same model can serve as a cactus plant pot when the growing conditions suit the plant.
