Geometric Planter — Ribbed | Rodel
Description
Rodel is shaped as two stacked, angular rounded sections separated by a narrow central waist. Closely spaced vertical ribs follow both halves, creating a continuous pattern across a silhouette that widens and contracts twice. The result is a geometric planter with a clearly defined silhouette.
The repeated form gives the planter a clear upper and lower section. Contrasting colors emphasize the division, while the fine ribbing connects the two parts visually. Each half catches light across its sloping surfaces, giving Rodel a geometric character that differs from a soft double-ring design.
Use Rodel where the central waist remains visible beneath the plant. Broad leaves can soften its precise ribs, while upright stems make the stacked outline more prominent. A simple display surface gives the two-part shape enough space to become a focal object, with the plant rising from the upper section. Choose Rodel as a modern planter when you want a decorative planter to contribute shape as well as a setting for the leaves.
The smaller options suit a compact grouping of small plant pots; leave enough room between small flower pots to water each plant comfortably. Use Rodel as a succulent planter with the drainage option, keeping the root space and growing medium appropriate for succulent plant pots. When choosing indoor planters with drainage, select the opening option here; pots with drainage holes still need excess water emptied from any tray after watering. For the Outdoor finish, choose a blue planter to coordinate with similar accents, or a green planter to change the contrast around the same sculpted form.
