Round Planter — Spiral | Krato
Description
Krato is a round planter crossed by broad diagonal bands. Rows of fine, closely spaced recesses run beside the sweeping curves, adding a second layer of detail to its strong spiral-like pattern.
The diagonal movement travels across the full body rather than staying in separate upright sections. Wider smooth strips catch the light between the darker, finely marked areas. This contrast gives Krato a graphic surface that feels dynamic even beneath a simple plant arrangement.
An upright stem makes the turning lines below it especially noticeable. For a softer effect, pair the pot with arching leaves that follow the direction of the bands. Krato benefits from a clear space around its sides, where the rounded silhouette and the finer recessed details can be seen together from several angles. As an indoor planter, Krato gives a tabletop planter arrangement a defined focal point while leaving room for foliage to spread. Choose Krato as a modern planter when you want a decorative planter to contribute shape as well as a setting for the leaves. Pair these decorative flower pots with restrained plant containers so that the main surface pattern remains easy to see.
The solid-base version can be used as a cachepot planter around a separate nursery container; compare both measurements, as you would when fitting other cache pots. Choose a plant with a root ball suited to the selected size, as you would with other flower pots and planters for indoor plants.
