The “Lintel” plant stand is a modern architectural pedestal inspired by structural beam systems. Instead of a continuous column, the base is formed by two intersecting vertical panels that create a cross-shaped load-bearing structure beneath a smooth circular platform.
The vertical supports meet at the center, dividing the round base into four equal sections and producing a bold geometric silhouette. This intersection creates strong structural balance while maintaining open negative space between the panels. The result is a stable yet visually lightweight form.
The top platform is a clean circular disc with softly rounded edges, slightly extending beyond the base. The contrast between flat vertical planes and the smooth horizontal surface gives the piece a balanced architectural presence.
