At Viviero3D, every item is produced to order in our studio in Orlando, Florida, United States. We take great care in preparing and packaging each product before shipment. Below you will find clear and accurate information about processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates.
Processing Time
All items are made to order.
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.
“Business days” = Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
If we expect a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Shipping times refer to carrier transit time only and do not include processing time.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers.
The carrier is selected automatically based on delivery time, package size, weight, and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

original shipping costs are non-refundable

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Viviero3D is not responsible for:

delays caused by the carrier

packages marked as “delivered” but not received

theft after delivery
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

check your mailbox, porch, or parcel locker

ask neighbors or building management

allow up to 24 hours (some carriers scan deliveries early)

contact your local post office or carrier
We will assist you with next steps or claims when applicable.
Damaged Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

your order number

clear photos of the item

photos of the packaging
We will review the case and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
International Orders (Canada & Europe)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, or import taxes imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Viviero3D does not collect these fees and is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.
