Ribbed Vase — Open Lattice | Von
Description
Von, a ribbed vase, surrounds a rounded teardrop form with tall, pointed lattice ribs. The raised elements cross into elongated diamonds, bow outward around the full body, and gather near the narrow opening to create a layered sculptural outline.
The ribs are broad enough to become part of the silhouette rather than a fine surface decoration. Deep spaces between them reveal the inner shape and make the intersections easy to follow. The contrast between soft volume and pointed geometry gives Von a strong presence even with a very small arrangement above it. The parallel relief gives this ribbed vase a changing pattern of highlights, so a ribbed flower vase arrangement stays interesting even with only a few dry stems.
Choose dried stems or artificial foliage that leaves the upper ribs visible beneath the flowers. Against a simple background, the outer lattice and the rounded center can both be appreciated.
