Bottle Vase — Geometric | Makio

Makio is a bottle vase with broad, pointed outer forms that rise around a smooth inner bottle. The lower body is rounded, while each raised section ends in an angular tip beneath the neck. This creates a petal-like enclosure around the central form without covering its upper portion.
The contrast between the quiet bottle shape and the dramatic outer points gives Makio its character. From the front, the raised sections fan around the body; from above, their arrangement around the center becomes clearer. The exposed smooth neck provides a pause before the stems begin.
