Indoor Planter — Ribbed | Toril
Description
Toril, an indoor planter, has a rounded lower body that narrows toward the opening, with broad curved fins running vertically around the exterior. The lines bow outward below the upper edge, giving the planter a vessel-like silhouette with a full, sculpted middle.
The smooth projecting surfaces alternate with deep narrow recesses. Their repeated curves suggest gathered fabric or long petals, adding an organic quality to the otherwise ordered geometry. The upper taper makes the outward sweep of the lower section especially visible from the side.
Pair Toril with branching stems that rise above the opening and leave the body exposed. It can bring a flowing shape into a setting with straight furniture edges or simple cylindrical pots. Give the rounded sides room to show so the transition from narrow top to fuller body remains the defining feature. Keep foliage slightly clear of the sides so the flower planters remain visible as decorative pots within the overall arrangement. For a collection of unique planters, keep the planting simple enough for the shape to show; unusual plant pots work best when their defining details remain visible. Place Toril where the plant receives suitable light, bringing the detail of flower pots for indoor plants into a group of interior plant pots.
The solid-base version can be used as a cachepot planter around a separate nursery container; compare both measurements, as you would when fitting other cache pots. Choose the available size and color to make Toril part of a coordinated display of custom planters, using unique flower pots as the focal points.
