Round Planter — Geometric | Cens
Description
Cens, a round planter, has a clean cylindrical body interrupted by deep diagonal grooves. Broad, smooth panels sit between the slanting cuts, giving this geometric planter a restrained shape with a bold graphic detail.
The grooves continue around the curve and change the outline near the upper edge. Their direction creates a sense of rotation, while the uninterrupted surfaces keep the overall design uncluttered. Cens relies on a few large lines rather than a dense pattern of small elements.
It can bring a sharp visual accent to a group of softer, rounded pots. Fine stems or loose leaves contrast with the diagonal cuts, while a simple background makes their direction easy to follow. Position Cens where an angled view reveals more than one panel, allowing the movement around the cylinder to become part of the display. Place Cens where the plant receives suitable light, bringing the detail of flower pots for indoor plants into a group of interior plant pots. Keep foliage slightly clear of the sides so the flower planters remain visible as decorative pots within the overall arrangement.
The solid-base version can be used as a cachepot planter around a separate nursery container; compare both measurements, as you would when fitting other cache pots. Choose a plant with a root ball suited to the selected size, as you would with other flower pots and planters for indoor plants. For the Outdoor finish, choose a pink planter to coordinate with similar accents, or a purple planter to change the contrast around the same sculpted form. Choose the available size and color for a custom planter, with the detailed surface giving this handmade planter its individual character.
