Round Planter — Organic Texture | Pearl
Description
Pearl is a round planter covered with small ring-like cells in varying sizes. The circular and oval forms cluster across the exterior, creating an organic pattern with more variation than a regular grid of dots. The body broadens through the middle and curves inward toward the opening.
Raised outlines and recessed centers give the individual cells their depth. Their changing scale makes the surface feel gathered and irregular rather than mechanically uniform. The rounded silhouette provides a simple larger form beneath the many smaller details. This round planter lets the surface pattern continue around the body, so the round plant pot can be appreciated from more than one viewing angle.
Pearl works well with plants whose open stems leave part of the textured body exposed. It can also provide a detailed counterpoint to smoother pots in a group. A plain background helps the different-sized rings remain visible as distinct shapes across the curved sides. Keep foliage slightly clear of the sides so the flower planters remain visible as decorative pots within the overall arrangement.
For the Outdoor finish, choose a grey planter to coordinate with similar accents, or a red planter to change the contrast around the same sculpted form.
