Houseplant Trellis | Mosaic
Description
Mosaic is a rectangular houseplant trellis that brings several patterns together within one open frame. Hexagonal shapes, leaf outlines, straight stripes, and curved sections sit beside one another like pieces of a small decorative panel. The varied interior gives a climbing plant a detailed backdrop with a clean outer boundary.
The larger geometric openings leave room for foliage, while the narrower sections add visual texture between the stems. Because the patterns change across the panel, the trellis remains interesting even when one area becomes partly hidden. Rounded corners soften the otherwise upright rectangular outline.
Use Mosaic when you want the support to contribute visibly to the plant display. A simple pot keeps the mixed pattern from competing with another detailed surface. Arranging a lightweight vine through selected openings lets the foliage reveal different parts of the mosaic as it grows. Keep some of the pattern exposed when using decorative indoor plant stakes, so the decorative indoor plant supports contribute to the room as the leaves develop.
Use the shorter indoor plant stakes for a compact vine, or choose more height when the indoor trellis needs to frame a growing plant. Place indoor plant support stakes gently among the roots, using loose ties as needed with plant supports for indoor plants. Use it as a pothos trellis for a young, lightweight vine, choosing the height of an indoor trellis for pothos to match the current growth. Like other house plant supports, Mosaic can guide a young climber while the vine support remains visible through the foliage.
