Houseplant Trellis — Decorative | Bolla
Description
Bolla is a houseplant trellis with open circles arranged around a winding botanical line. Small leaf outlines link the rounded shapes, creating a tall composition with an uneven, softly curved edge. The combination gives the support more organic detail than a simple stack of hoops.
The circles vary in size and position, leaving different spaces for foliage to occupy. Between them, the slender leaf motif adds a second scale of detail that echoes the living plant. Light stems can be arranged along the rounded frames while leaves extend through the open centers.
Use Bolla with a compact vine when you want a playful circular pattern above the pot. Its small botanical accents suit rounded or heart-shaped foliage, while a plain planter keeps the support visible as a separate layer. A clear background helps distinguish the decorative leaf outlines from the real leaves growing around them. Keep some of the pattern exposed when using decorative indoor plant stakes, so the decorative indoor plant supports contribute to the room as the leaves develop. The defined pattern gives Bolla the character of a modern plant trellis, with a modern trellis for climbing plants becoming part of the room as well as the pot.
Choose the height of this trellis for potted plants around the container, keeping a small plant trellis in proportion to the vine it supports. For plant stakes for indoor plants, allow room for new growth and use loose ties where needed, just as you would with other indoor plant supports. Use it as a pothos trellis for a young, lightweight vine, choosing the height of an indoor trellis for pothos to match the current growth.
