Modern Orchid Pot — Sculptural Openwork | Veria
Description
Veria is a sculptural modern orchid pot with angular vertical slats that flare outward through the middle. The bent lines form a broad, faceted belly between a narrower upper opening and base. Long open spaces follow the same changes in direction, giving the whole body a distinctive folded profile.
The silhouette is shaped by the slats themselves. Their sharp changes of angle create chevron-like edges around the sides, while the spaces between them expose the planting area. From different viewpoints, the open framework shifts between a series of upright lines and a more pronounced zigzag pattern.
Veria works as a strong geometric base for an orchid with long, curved flower spikes. Its outward flare gives the display visual breadth below the foliage, making it a sculptural object as well as a plant container. Leave room beside the pot on a table or shelf to show the full outline of its angular sides. Choose Veria as an indoor orchid planter when you want the container to be part of the arrangement; pots for orchids indoors should also suit your watering routine. Use this orchid planter pot where the outer pattern remains visible beneath the leaves, bringing the character of decorative orchid pots into the display.
For the Outdoor finish, choose a pink orchid pot to coordinate with similar accents, or a purple orchid pot to change the contrast around the same sculpted form. Compare the 6 inch orchid pot and 8 inch orchid pot options by their listed inner diameters, then choose the root space your plant actually needs. Select the tray option if you want an orchid pot with saucer; the orchid pot and saucer combination should be emptied after watering rather than left in standing water.
