Short Wide Vase | Rinsu Short
Description
Rinsu Short is a low, short wide vase with a long tapered neck and a sharply flared lower body. Broad vertical divisions follow the curve outward, while faceted studs repeat around the lower section. The design combines a smooth upward sweep with pointed geometric details near its widest area.
The shortened body makes the contrast between the slender top and broad bottom particularly noticeable. Its ribs describe the flare, and the row of studs adds a second visual rhythm along the lower edge. A three-quarter view reveals both the projecting facets and the angular shoulders. This short wide vase keeps the arrangement visually close to its surface, making it a short flower vase for a compact grouping of dry stems.
Use Rinsu Short with a loose artificial arrangement or dried stems that leave the neck exposed. On a tabletop, keep adjacent objects clear of the lower body so the studded band remains visible and the full width can contribute to the composition. When arranging decorative vases for living room shelves, let the container set the proportions of the table vase decor around it. Treat Rinsu Short as a sculptural vase in its own right, giving it the same breathing room you would reserve for other unique vases.
For the Outdoor finish, choose a black vase to coordinate with similar accents, or a white vase to change the contrast around the same sculpted form. Use Rinsu Short as a flower vase for a dry arrangement, or leave this table vase unfilled so the complete shape remains visible. For the Outdoor finish, choose a blue vase to coordinate with similar accents, or a green vase to change the contrast around the same sculpted form.
