Short Wide Vase | Alik Short
Description
Alik Short is a short wide vase with a low, grounded profile. Straight ribs rise along the cylindrical lower body, then bend inward over rounded shoulders toward a short neck. The reduced height makes the shoulder transition especially prominent within the overall shape.
The design combines the clarity of a column with the softer top of a traditional bottle. Its ribs remain evenly spaced through the main body, creating a strong vertical pattern inside a relatively broad silhouette. Seen slightly from above, the gathered lines around the neck provide another view of this transition. The shoulder and neck give Alik Short a bottle vase silhouette, while a few slender dry stems preserve the outline of this bottle flower vase.
Try Alik Short with a spreading dried arrangement or artificial stems that suit a lower display. It can anchor a shelf grouping beneath taller objects, while its wide ribbed body gives the composition texture without needing a long, slender vase. As a designer vase for living room styling, Alik Short can sit beside books or framed art, with its detailed side turned toward the room. For a display of unusual vases, keep the neighbouring shapes quieter; unique flower vases are easier to appreciate when their profiles do not overlap.
For the Outdoor finish, choose a pink vase to coordinate with similar accents, or a purple vase to change the contrast around the same sculpted form. This modern vase works well with restrained flower vase decor, where a few dry stems leave the sculpted surface in view.
