Lattice Orchid Pot — Rounded | Rimo
Description
Rimo is a rounded lattice orchid pot with broad crossing strips that form an open diamond lattice. Its full middle and narrower upper and lower edges give the body a low, globe-like shape. The diagonal lines curve around this volume, producing a pattern that changes visibly as the pot is viewed from the side.
The lattice is substantial enough to define the rounded outline while leaving large open areas between the strips. These openings expose the planting area and add depth behind the geometric surface. The curved diamonds give Rimo a woven, sculptural character rather than the appearance of a flat mesh wrapped around a cylinder.
Rimo creates a broad visual foundation for an orchid with spreading foliage. It is especially effective on a clear tabletop where the full curve of the container can be seen beneath the stems. Keep some of the lattice uncovered to preserve the contrast between the organised diamond pattern and the plant's natural forms. Alongside designer orchid pots with smoother surfaces, Rimo adds a distinct texture to a collection of contemporary orchid pots.
For the Outdoor finish, choose a black orchid pot to coordinate with similar accents, or a white orchid pot to change the contrast around the same sculpted form. Compare the selected inner diameter with the root system, as you would for other plant pots for orchids and indoor pots for orchids. The open structure makes Rimo an orchid planter with holes around the sides; as with other pots with holes for orchids, choose medium pieces that will stay inside the openings. Select the tray option if you want an orchid pot with saucer; the orchid pot and saucer combination should be emptied after watering rather than left in standing water.
