Indoor Planter — Sculpted Fish Relief | Coraline
Description
Coraline is an indoor planter decorated with sculpted fish and flowing aquatic details. The fish curve across the body with extended fins and tails, creating a sense of movement around the cylindrical form. Fine lines within the relief define scales, fins, and surrounding botanical motifs.
The design uses recognizable figures rather than an abstract repeating texture. Curving bodies guide the eye around the sides, while quieter spaces between them keep the main subjects readable. The defined upper rim provides a simple frame above the detailed scene.
Coraline brings an aquatic theme into a plant display without changing the familiar upright pot silhouette. Leave the principal fish motif facing the room, and let foliage fall to the sides rather than across it. A plain background makes the finer sculpted lines easier to appreciate. The shape gives indoor flower pots a decorative role in the room, making Coraline a useful companion to simpler house plant pots. Arrange this table planter beside books or a lamp, allowing a little space between neighbouring pots and planters.
For the Outdoor finish, choose a grey planter to coordinate with similar accents, or a red planter to change the contrast around the same sculpted form. Use Coraline as a succulent planter with the drainage option, keeping the root space and growing medium appropriate for succulent plant pots. Choose a plant with a root ball suited to the selected size, as you would with other flower pots and planters for indoor plants. The solid-base version can be used as a cachepot planter around a separate nursery container; compare both measurements, as you would when fitting other cache pots.
